Welcome to Soft Flux IT. By purchasing, installing, or utilizing our software, products, or services, you explicitly agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Returns and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any digital products, software licenses, or IT services once they have been delivered, deployed, or installed. All sales are considered final. This strict policy is in place to preserve the quality, security, and integrity of our software ecosystem.

2. Post-Deployment Adjustment Period

While sales are final, we ensure our clients are fully satisfied during the initial handover. During the Post-Deployment Adjustment Period (as stated in your specific invoice or contract), we provide minor UI/UX refinements. These include:

• Updating button names or text labels.
• Simple layout tuning and cosmetic adjustments.
• Minor workflow tweaks to ensure the software perfectly meets your operational needs.

3. Software Warranty

For all digital products, we offer a dedicated Warranty against logical errors or functional bugs. Any core system-level issues or critical functional bugs reported within this timeframe will be rectified promptly and free of charge by our engineering team.

4. Hosting, Data Sovereignty & Admin Access

a. Soft Flux IT Hosted Solutions (Cloud)

If your services are hosted directly on Soft Flux IT infrastructure, we maintain strict administrative access to the backend systems. This access is utilized exclusively to ensure core functionality, perform security patches, manage backups, and provide technical support.

b. Client-Hosted Solutions (Offline/Local)

For client-hosted solutions (where software is installed on your local servers), data sovereignty remains entirely with the client. Soft Flux IT does not have access to your locally stored data. However, we may use background domain/IP tracking strictly to verify active license compliance and prevent software piracy.

5. Resale and Unauthorized Distribution

Any intent to resell, distribute, or white-label our software requires prior written approval from Soft Flux IT. Reverse engineering, cloning, or distributing our proprietary source code without authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we utilize industry-standard encryption and comply with the digital security laws of Bangladesh, Soft Flux IT is not liable for:

• Damages or hardware failures occurring during third-party courier handling for physical goods (e.g., POS machines, CCTV).
• Data loss or system instability resulting from unauthorized backend modifications, server misconfigurations, or database tampering by the client.
• Loss of data due to failure to renew subscriptions within the stipulated grace period.

7. Amendments to Terms

Soft Flux IT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary to adapt to new technologies, laws, or business operations. Notifications of significant changes will be provided via email or announced in-app.
